The 1994-95 season brought a 23rd Serie A title to Juventus after what had been an agonising nine year wait since the last scudetto win. Marcelo Lippi fashioned a star-studded side which was in contention for every trophy it participated in, a team capable powered by the goals of Gianluca Vailli, Fabrizo Ravanelli and Roberto Baggio.
The title was won with a ten-point margin over Lazio and Parma and the domestic double was completed with Coppa Italia victory over Parma. Those same opponents denied the Turin side a remarkable treble by norrowly defeating them in the final of the Uefa Cup.
